The Pirate Empire is an amassed force of pirates and one country serving the Black Stone Pirates. They are considered the "rulers" of the Great Unknown, due to their knowledge of one third of the mystery continent. It is ruled by Pirate King Ryloth Onyx.
History Past Twenty years ago, the Pirate Empire occupied Ezo Country, gaining the allegiance of the shogun Utsunomiya Yudachi. Together, the two murdered the Daimyo, Katsuyori Mikoto, and forced his son, as well as their family friends and retainers, into hiding.
