Government
The Parcian government consists of a small council which represents different divisions in Parcian society. They constantly meet with the Parcian leader, Rodrigo Honalez, to discuss issues and their solutions. Like in Venland.
Climate
Native Race
Parcians have tanned skin and most commonly have black hair. What makes them different from the occaisional Canorican is their notable sharp incisors.
